The early bird registration will open on the 1st June and close on the 31st July

Conference Delegate Entitlements
Full registration (Member, Non-member, & students)

The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

• All Sessions
• All official documentation
• Morning, afternoon teas and lunch on all days of the conference
• Access to exhibition and poster area
• Satchel
• A ticket to the Welcome Reception
• A ticket to the Conference Dinner and Awards Presentation

Day Conference Delegate Entitlements

The day registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

• All Sessions on chosen day of the conference
• All official documentation
• Morning, afternoon teas and lunch on chosen day of the conference
• Access to exhibition and poster area
• Satchel

^ 2008 Conference special offer to non-members who are not registering for the conference, but attending at least one full day workshop – join the AES for a year at no extra cost.

Group Discount

A group discount of 5% for both early bird and full registrations is available for organisations registering four (4) or more delegates. Registrations must be received together and cannot be applied retrospectively. Additional information will be announced regarding the process.

Workshop Delegates Entitlements

The workshop fee entitles delegates to the following:

•  Workshop(s) on chosen day of the program
• Catering on chosen day of the workshops (lunch included for all workshops)

Workshops may be cancelled if minimum attendance is not met or individuals may not be able to attend their selected workshop if over-subscribed.

Students

Students need to be a full time student and provide the name of their institution. Student ID may be requested at anytime. If no ID is provided when requested the full rate will apply
