Penny Hawkins Penny Hawkins is an evaluation specialist who has twenty years experience in managing evaluation projects and teams in different government sectors. She is currently head of evaluation at the New Zealand Agency for International Development, was previously evaluation manager at the NZ Ministry of Social Development and Department of Child, Youth and Family. Since 2003, Penny has been a faculty member of the International Program for Development Evaluation Training ( www.ipdet.org ) at Carleton University , Ottawa and is also a member of the International Evaluation Research Group, IERG/INTEVAL. |
