Paul Duignan, PhD
Paul Duignan is an evaluation and outcomes specialist who has worked over the last two decades in evaluation, outcomes and research strategy. Paul was the 2005 New Zealand Fulbright Senior Scholar and used the opportunity to work in the U.S. in the area of outcomes measurement. He won the 2001 American Evaluation Association's Conference President's Prize for a paper on building evaluation capability. He teaches evaluation methodology at post-graduate level and has held senior lecturer and senior research fellow university positions. He has worked on evaluation and outcomes with a large number of organisations in most sectors ranging from the IMF internationally, many government agencies nationally and right through to many small community organisations. He has developed the comprehensive Easy Outcomes approach to evaluation planning and been involved in designing DoView outcomes and evaluation software
